Who we are
Queer Ed is an independent queer-owned business, created by founders Bertil & Max when they discovered a gap in their own learning as psychotherapists in practice. Although they had completed intensive base trainings, they found that their trainings had not prepared them adequately for working with erotic transference in practice. When they searched for resources to help them, they realised that what they were looking for simply did not exist. It was time, they decided, to do what many of our queer forebears had done before - time to create the space they and so many others needed.
Working with associate trainers and specialist researchers, here at Queer Ed we have developed a number of nuanced, highly relevant, and experiential CPD trainings to help you expand your understanding when working with marginalised groups.
Our trainings are offered with tiered pricing so that we can remain accessible, pay our trainers fairly, and continue to deliver high quality CPD for therapists that we’re proud of. We also understand that for some, this is also out of reach, and reserve a space on each training as PWYC.
